Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the room service department, ensuring
timely and accurate delivery of guest orders
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise room service employees to maintain high
service standards and efficiency
- Guest Experience: Monitor service quality, handle guest requests or complaints, and
ensure personalized and professional experience
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with kitchen and F&B teams to ensure menu
accuracy, timely preparation, and smooth service flow
- Financial & Inventory Management: Monitor costs, control inventory, and maintain
accurate billing procedures

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in room service management or senior F&B
supervisory roles, preferably in luxury hospitality
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Knowledge of room service operations, food handling, and service
standards
- Guest-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage
multiple priorities
