A multinational Contact Center, which provides customer care support for well known international organizations, is seeking to expand its Team in Greece.

Workplace location: Client’s offices at south suburb of Athens.

Job Snapshot

• Your job will be to successfully handle Customers’ enquiries and requests, via phone, emails and chat applications
• You will have to process the enquiries, do the data input, and report any complex issues to the team’s Supervisors
• You will be required to provide top quality customer service experience

• Good knowledge of English language is mandatory as initial job training will be held in English.
• Successful applicants will be asked to demonstrate their language knowledge.
• You need to be able to work at shifts.
• You have to be graduate of High School (at least) and PC literate.
