Οn behalf of our client, a luxury resort in Metsovo, UWORC is recruiting a professional
Cook C for a year round position.
The colleague will join the fine dining restaurant's culinary team.
What to expect:- Maximum of 8 working hours per day (15:00-23:00).
- One day off per week.
- All wages and benefits are included as required by law.
- Two meals per day.
- Accommodation in single room outside the establishment.

The Role:- Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues.
- Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
- Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc.)
- Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes.
- Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality.
- Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
Skills that can make you outstand in this role.

- Safe food handling certification is required.
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods and techniques.
- Proven experience working as a Cook.
- The ability to work in a team.
