As a Technical Quality Manager in the elevators and escalators industry, your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Developing and implementing of the strategy regarding quality, product safety, technical competence and efficiency, supporting business strategy of the company
• Manage of budget guidelines for business management regarding quality, product safety and efficiency
• Final quality control process of newly installed units
• Safety control process of units in the company service portfolio
• Technical competence development
• Methods & processes implemented in the company in order to meet efficiency and quality KPI's
• Represents the company within external partners

The position of Technical Quality Manager in the elevators and escalators industry is just the right one for you if you possess the following skills:

• University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of experience in senior supervision or managerial positions in a multinational company
• At least 2 years of experience in Quality and Safety
• Fluent English
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration
• Adaptability to technical environment
• Working inside and outside of the organization
• Adaptability skills to contact, working and communicating with different people
• Ability to travel
• Team player
