Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Digital Account Manager in this role, your responsibilities will include:
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with the clients
  • Weekly calls with clients to discuss performance on the account and business strategy
  • Understanding the advertising strategy with a 360° approach
  • Develop digital marketing strategies and create presentations, in order to attract new prospect customers
  • Managing the project and coordinate all teams’ work in cooperation with performance teams
  • Establishing realistic client goal and ensuring the other teams’ understand client goals
  • Managing online and offline projects from beginning to completion (estimates, budgets, schedules)
  • Achieve high client satisfaction and retention through the achievement of client performance goals


The ideal candidate for the position of Digital Account Manager must have:
  • At least 3 years’ experience as a Digital Account Manager role in a digital agency or advertising company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both Greek and English
  • Project management and collaboration experience with other departments
  • Business growth mindset for an array of client accounts by helping to find, establish and deliver growth strategy blueprints that take into account a 360° degree view of the business
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Critical thinking and ability to effectively communicate and engage with a diverse audience
  • Comfort with data analysis, including learning new technology
  • Experience in core aspects of digital marketing (PPC, SEO, CRO, CRM) will be considered a plus
