The role
Supervising the construction of buildings belonging to the Group and maintaining the existing ones are your main responsibilities.
Your main location is Kilkis, but due to the role’s needs, travelling to subsidiaries in Greece or abroad, is also included in the schedule.
While you oversee and coordinate a building project, you’re also responsible for keeping the cost to the budget’s lines. You make sure the project is being developed along the health and safety guidelines of the company, while checking the contractors work and keeping up with the technical legislation. You’ll also need to get involved with external partners (technical offices, contractors, suppliers), evaluate their offers, and assist the designing process.
Your impact
You’re an engineer with great technical skills but nonetheless people oriented. You can see through people and situations and coordinate them effectively. With your organizational and management skills you get don’t only deliver buildings in time, but also the future of Alumil and its people.
