HR Analyst (Project Based)
Job Description
• Provides support and actively contributes to HR projects and initiatives as required
• Provides logistical support for CHRO and supports delivery of operational HR activities within the HR governance arena
• Assists with benefits policy and any other HR related activities and processes
• Attends team meetings
• Focus on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation
• Acts proactively, takes initiative and assists with ad hoc administrative tasks
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
• University degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Law
• One (1)- two (2) years of working experience in similar role skills
• Excellent command of the English language
• PC literate (emphasis on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
• Highly organised and execution oriented
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Strong time management skills
• Proficient in multi-tasking and ability to work efficiently under pressure
