Job Description:
The Italian Customer Care Advisors and Team Leaders, are in charge of facilitating with deals and transactions, that benefit the clients of the company and local partners, as well.
More specifically, the right incumbents, would be responsible for:
- Retaining a high level of customer service to clients at all times
- Responding and recording consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers
- Αssisting Customers to modify transactions and information
- Maintaining accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
- Being able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
- Αdvising customers on how to manage their online accounts
