Requirements:
• Good general and technical education with qualifications in telecommunications, electronics and computing, TEI or University degree
• Excellent knowledge of xDSL technology and DSLAMs
• Thorough knowledge, end to end, of fixed voice/ Internet telecommunication network operation
• Very good level of the Greek and English language (oral and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Key performance indicators:
• NPS and TNPS
• Response and Resolution time
• KPIs according to customers’ needs
Core Competences, knowledge and experience:• At least 2 years of experience in technical support of technology services (Fixed telephony - PBX administration- Internet solutions)
• Technical knowledge of Transmission/Transport, IP Networks and Cisco configuration
• Very good organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Customer obsessed – emphasis on quality
• Team player
• High levels of self-motivation and “can do” attitude
