HR Business Partner

Astir Palace is looking to cover the position of : HR Business Partner

Main duties:

• Manages social media to post job vacancies
• Oversees and administers the employees rewards and benefits
• Maintains the HR system in line with the ongoing demands of the business
• Participate in various HR projects
• Suggest new HR strategies for employee engagement

Requirements

• Proven working experience minimum 4 years in a similar position, especially in the hospitality industry
• Experience with HRMS software(preferably PYLON -EPSILON NET)
• Knowledge of labor law
• Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
• Excellent knowledge of English language both written and oral
• BS/MS in Human Resources or relevant
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication & influencing skills
• Advanced use of MS Office with emphasis in Excel and PowerPoint
