Job description:
- Assist our TO guests at the Hotels
- Ensure their memorable stay at the destination
- Maximize Excursion & CarRental sales
- Handling customer complaints with sucess
What we look for:
• Work experience of minimum 2-3 years as TOs representative
• Fluency in French or German. Candidates who also speak English will be prioritized
• Customer service attitude
• Communication skills
• Strong sales ability
• Efficiency in usage of web gadgets
• Enjoy working in uniform
• Driving license holder (min 2 years)
