Your main responsibilities
- Manage purchase orders and client bookings, using in-house systems
- Create inspiring classes and activity plans to be delivered in the kids’ clubs
- Assist with recruitment of energetic professionals who are passionate, experienced and have value to add to the team
- Develop training programs and train the childcare teams; assess and monitor standards
- Ensure all childcare team members follow policies, procedures, and relevant health and safety regulations
- Audit kids’ clubs to ensure standards are being met, compile monthly reports for the Little Guest Director
- Liaise and cooperate with Hotel Managers, Sports & Recreation, Entertainment, and F&B departments to ensure the smooth running of department services and guest experience
- Manage guest complaints in a compliant and professional manner
