The Client
ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a multinational medical device company, is searching for a Regional Business Assistant, who will be providing administrative and business support to the Sr. Business Director and the regional leadership team, for a fixed term project with a perspective for renewal.
Workplace Location: Northern Suburbs of Athens

Job Description:
Main responsibilities:
- Uses problem solving techniques, tact and discretion when handling telephone calls, making travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and managing other requests for information
- Handling expense reporting
- Schedule meetings, conference-calls in line with our governance process and preparing documents, reports and presentations where necessary
- Keeping organizational charts up to date and communicate accordingly to the different internal stakeholders
- Organizing and attending meetings ( this may include overall arrangement and scheduling of meetings, preparing agenda, catering menus, room and equipment set up)
- Liaising with suppliers and other external contacts, creating purchase order (PO) numbers, follow up with invoice payments and accounts payable department;
- Work closely with other assistants,liaising and collaborating on projects as and when required
- Maintain and record personal information and documents to include but not limited to visa applications, travel document preparation etc
- General administrative tasks
