Operations Manager

Be part of the team. The team that makes it happen. We have an exciting position for a Job title Operations Manager for our short-term rentals and vacation properties managing company Vesta Philoxenia.

We are looking for a highly energetic, results driven and experienced candidate.
The ideal candidate functions as the primary strategic business leader of the properties with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales and revenue generation and delivering a return on investment to the company.
The position reports directly to the Manager Director of the company.

Responsibilities:

• The Operations Manager is responsible for all aspects of operations at the properties and day-to-day staff management and guests
• Exceptional personal presence with employees and guests; highly engaged in day-to-day operation
• He / She should demonstrate brand citizenship and continuous pursue for excellence. Orchestrate leadership and strategic planning for all departments in support of the service excellence culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to interpret and analyze financial reports.
• Work very closely with the company owners
• Responsible for managing the management team (managers and host / hostess) and overall targets to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Strong work ethics

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or Business Administration
• Master’s degree in a related field will be considered a plus
• Experience in the Hospitality industry in a Hotel/Operations Manager or Assistant Hotel Manager position in a 4-5* hotel
• Able to utilize financials to drive revenues, future profitability, and maximum ROI
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Team oriented
• Professionalism, Integrity and Responsibility
• Excellent command of the English language. Additional knowledge of further foreign languages would be considered as an asset
• Digital savvy. Excellent MS Office, PMS-Computer skills
• Flexibility, creativity and adaptability to change
