Among other things, the Elysian Project is now launching a new luxury coworking space brand that will change both the expectations and services standards of its customers. Offering a luxurious work environment with full business-oriented concierge services, this project will be the first of multiple locations.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As receptionist, the candidate will be responsible to manage the front desk and execute all business concierge service requests by our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Open and close the facility on a daily basis
  • Answer all incoming calls and requests
  • Meet and greet and liaise with customers
  • Manage office administrative needs and concierge services requests
  • Manage bookings and reservations
  • Supervise the facility for cleanliness and condition
  • Manage the company in-house mobile app
  • Provide in-house tour and to prospective customers and familiarization briefing to new customers
  • Provide feedback and reporting on performance and areas for improvement

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fluent in English language and good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and networking skills
  • Detailed oriented, and professional attitude
  • Proficiency in office suites (ie: email, spreadsheet, word processor, pdf)
  • Prior experience in similar role advantageous
