Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a leader multinational company in FMCG sector, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:


Service Desk Support Specialist



Job Description



• Manages incident & service request (resolution of E2E tickets) according to company’s standard processes, policies and tools
• Performs regular or ad-hoc support duties such as: Network related incidents and implementations, Hardware & Software related incidents and changes, Collaboration solutions and systems
• Manages IT asset inventory, lifecycle, including any leased or own ICT equipment
• Orders IT related devices, peripherals
• Printer support
• VIP support (with high priority and caliber)
• Off-premise IT Support for events and users at venues
• Manages IT mobile and Telco services (reporting, tracking of costs)
• Undertakes as individual or as team member, local scope projects’ s implementations with clear reporting and tracking methods.
 

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Candidate Profile



• AEI/TEI/College graduate in Information Technology or similar
• Experience one (1) to three (3) years in a similar position within a multinational company (ICT Support Specialist or Engineer or Certified Professional)
• Very good knowledge of O365 suites & applications, cloud services, APPLE OS / iOS, Networks, New Consumer Technologies, Smartphones
• PC literacy (MS-Office, Outlook, Internet)
• Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
• Fluency in English language (both written and verbal communication)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Hard worker, committed to timelines and accuracy
