Service Desk Support Specialist
Job Description
• Manages incident & service request (resolution of E2E tickets) according to company’s standard processes, policies and tools
• Performs regular or ad-hoc support duties such as: Network related incidents and implementations, Hardware & Software related incidents and changes, Collaboration solutions and systems
• Manages IT asset inventory, lifecycle, including any leased or own ICT equipment
• Orders IT related devices, peripherals
• Printer support
• VIP support (with high priority and caliber)
• Off-premise IT Support for events and users at venues
• Manages IT mobile and Telco services (reporting, tracking of costs)
• Undertakes as individual or as team member, local scope projects’ s implementations with clear reporting and tracking methods.
