The Client
ManpowerGroup seeks to recruit Call Center Operations Officer on behalf of its client, QQuant Master Servicer S.A, a leading Greek independent dept management company.

QQuant offers end2end Debt Management Services to Greek banks, financial institutions and debt investors covering the whole spectrum of non-performing asset classes (Retail, SMEs, Corporate, Leasing and REO) across Greece.

Job Description
The ideal candidate, reporting to the Communication Hub Supervisor, will process the following back office operations related to the implementation of portfolio management procedures by the Communication Hub Financial Advisors :
  • Management of incoming mail from customers (via fax, email, post office)
  • Submitting customer requests
  • Contacting customers to send documents, and handle any other pending issue
  • Communication with partner companies (eg Elta Courier) for receiving documents from customers
  • Cooperation with other departments in QQuant
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
  • Update CRM (Qualco Collections) with any actions related to debt management

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • More than 2 years professional experience in banking (collections sector)
  • Comfortable working in high pressure environments and on an agile delivery plan
  • Exceptional attention to detail
