We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented individual with leadership qualities and characteristics to join and lead our 10 peopleE-Commerce team as E-SHOP Managerin Thessaloniki Greece. This person will be responsible to manage, improve and grow our e-shop business and at the same time develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Also, this person will be responsible for driving and leading key functions ofthe business to ensure sales, operations and functions align with our overall digital strategy.
Responsibilities
• Develop business and marketing plans, set sales budgets and deliver results.
• Monitor site performances and propose continuous improvements along key metrics such as traffic, customer acquisition & retention, conversion, order value, returns and cancellations.
• Coordinate the weekly and seasonal product upload schedule ensuring that all products are correctly displayed onsite.
• Work effectively with key website 3rd party partnerships
• Report on sales and web analytics on a weekly basis
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
• Provide leadership and directions to the whole team where appropriate.
• Manage people for result and improve their development
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategy.
