Your main responsibilities
- Liaise with Resort Management teams delivering efficiently all HR-related processes
- Assist with talent acquisition, recruitment & selection processes
- Liaise with Department Managers in drafting and sending employment offers
- Follow up on offers sent, providing clarifications, and preparing the employee files in cooperation with the HR Administration Officers
- Coordinate employee onboarding and help organize training modules & development initiatives
- Assist in the implementation of HR policies
- Act as the point of contact when employees have queries or job-related issues
- Assist in the coordination of the staff’s accommodation and the transportation to it.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and labor regulations
