What the role is
The Sous Chef works as the second in management to supervise the staff of the kitchen and work with the established protocol.
What you will be doing
- Guide, train, evaluate and supervise the staff of the kitchen.
- Perform the work according to the established protocol.
- Must come to the shift in high hygienic condition.
- Be the Kitchen Training expert on location.
- Supervise the Inventory of the Kitchen
- Control the FIFO Protocol
- Supervise the purchases of the kitchen.
- Ensure that all protocols are performed according to brand standards.
