Role Characteristics
Title: F&B Manager

Reporting to: F&B Director
Employment Type: Full time
Office Basis: Corfu Island Greece


Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to)

• Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
• Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
• Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules
• Comply with all health and safety regulations
• Report on management regarding sales results and productivity

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Role Requirements & Person Specification

• Over 2 years work experience in a similar role and within a 5* environment
• A related diploma/qualification/degree will be highly appreciated
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Good administrative skills
• Dynamic, innovative and self-motivated
• Extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage working practices in a 5* hospitality setting
