We’re seeking a unique individual who will embody the heart and soul of Mandraki Beach Resort , while caring deeply about our team, our brand, and our vision. A professional responsible for delivering an excellent guest experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greets & welcomes guests in the F&B Outlets
• Escorts the guests to their assigned table
• Make reservations when needed
• Support the service team by handing menus and serving water
• Anticipates guests’ needs and aims at the ultimate guest satisfaction
• Communicates with guests to check satisfaction
• Communicates any complains or issues found to the direct supervisor
• Keep track of restaurants and beach area reservation records in collaboration with the management team.

• Good knowledge in POS Systems

• Professional experience in a customer service position
• Excellent command of English (any additional languages will be considered an asset)
