Reservations Agent (English & Spanish Speaker)

Working Requirements:
• Answer telephone calls and respond to mails, assisting guests with their vacation plans
• Have excellent knowledge of the Resort, facilities, rooms, etc. and provide information
• Know the selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans
• Communicate reservations, cancellations and modifications information to the front desk
• Process advance deposits on reservations
• Handle daily correspondence and make sure that files are kept up to date
