- For their Rosette restaurant->
* 1 Commis Chef ->Salary: £7,20/hour gross + £1500/year tips
* 1 Chef de Partie-> Salary: £19.995/year gross + £1500/year tips, * 1 Jr Sous Chef -> Salary: £21-23.000/year gross + £1500/year tips

- For their Garden Restaurant->
* 1 Commis Chef->£7,20/hour gross + £1500/year tips
* 1 Demis Chef de Partie->Slaary: £7,50-7,70/hour gross + £1500/year tips
* 1 Jr Sous Chef->Salary: £21-23.000/year gross + £1500/year tips

- For their Club Restaurant-> * 1 Demi Chef de Partie. Salary:£7,50-7,70/hour gross + £1500/year tips

- For their Grill Restaurant ->
