Our clients vary from the biggest multinational and Greek companies to small and medium size companies. We are now recruiting a Financial Administrator to be based in our office in Athens.
What is the role
The job description includes

Monitoring and updating the cash flow based on regular feedback and communication with customers and suppliers, tracking of all scheduled payments/collections, handling of checks etc.

Performing accounting entries and functioning as the main contact person with the external accounting office for any additional accounting activities

Dealing with customers, i.e. following up for payments scheduling, constructing MOUs, contracts, confidentiality agreements etc.

Assist management in reviewing profit and loss figures per project, company sector etc.

Implementing all relative financial administration tasks (executing payroll transactions, handling the physical cash of the company for any day to day minor transactions, scheduling and monitoring any building maintenance activities etc.)

Dealing with suppliers in terms of scheduling payments and giving feedback

Supporting projects tendering and execution (proof reading, translating etc.)
