We are currently looking for Italian Speaking Customer Experience Advocates, eager to develop their careers with the worldwide leader in Technology Sector. 

Your Main Responsibilities will be:

  • Retain a high level of customer service to clients at all times
  • Respond and record consumer inquiries/questions raised through free phone lines for customers
  • Provide the right information regarding services & subscriptions
  • Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions and feedback on the customer services database
  • Be able to offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions
  • Work effectively as part of a team, developing effective and supportive relationships with colleagues

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Fluent in Italian Language among with excellent oral and written skills in English is a must
  • PC literate
  • Genuinely excited to help customers
  • Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
  • Able to put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary
  • Problem-solving oriented

Interviews and training are held remotely (home office)
