About the Role:
The Pricing Manager Greece, Bulgaria, Romania & Moldova is stand-alone position, responsible with defining, implementing, managing, and controlling company's pricing policies based on the guidance of the Regional Pricing Team, market competitiveness and profitability target.
The opportunity:
As a member of the E.E Pricing team you will:
- Define annual/seasonal price lists and a discounting policy
- Monitor and evaluate B2B and B2C price competitiveness across the portfolio
- Develop solutions, propose and implement approved pricing actions to deliver targets
- Define the annual pricing forecast according to the different discount levels for our sales channels
- Run monthly audits and request corrective actions if necessary
- Review and analyze actual results and explain deviations vs the plan and last year
- Define pricing monthly/quarterly campaigns, analysing their financial impact on ANSP & GP
- Cooperate closely with Sales and other departments on enabling the growth in your countries
- Provide Pricing trainings to the internal customers (Sales, Finance etc)
- Together with other pricing colleagues, optimize further the pricing processes and analytics
