What will you do?

• Communicate through chat & phone with subscribers
• Answer questions regarding subscriptions
• Answer questions regarding content issues
• Assist subscribers with how-to questions & navigating on the given application
  

What should I have?

• Fluent in English at a Native or Near Native Level is a Must Skill
• Availability to work in 24/7 Support
• Work experience in customer support will be considered as an advantage
• Genuinely excited to help customers
• Patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative
• Able to put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary
