Adecco is currently seeking, on behalf of its client, a multinational pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:
Platform Administrator
Job Description
• Liaises with Business Owners to understand the service the vendor will provide
• Gathers contact details & company name from suppliers to be placed in 3PRM platform
• Provides passwords / access data & instructions to suppliers
• Follows-up with suppliers so that they provide replies / complete actions
• Provides input if there are pre-contract or post-contract tasks (e.g. specific terms to be added in the contract) to be performed.
• Monitors emails from system on re-assessments required
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Candidate Profile
• University Degree preferably in Business or related field
• At least two (2) years of working experience in business assisting / coordinating roles in a multinational environment
• Very good use of English language (both oral and written)
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAP will be considered as an asset
• Team spirit
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
