We are seeking for the ideal associate for the season of 2022 who is willing to work and excel on one of our luxury properties in Chania area.

If you are ready for a new challenge and you have experience and passion in delivering exceptional service, we are currently seeking to recruit for the Monastery Estate Retreat project in Chania, professional for the position of Resident Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism.

• 2-3 years minimum experience, in similar role or at Front Office operations, preferably in a Luxury Boutique Hotel.

• Excellent command of both English and Greek language is essential.

• Very good knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered as an asset.

• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and customer –oriented.

• Excellent MS Office-Computer skills.

• Excellent knowledge and command of OTA's

• Negotiation and excellent Communication Skills.

• Well groomed with strong interpersonal skills.
