Contract: Full Time /seasonal

Your main responsibilities
· Welcome and greet all parents and children
· Observe and monitor children's play activities
· Ensure that all information is kept at Logbook up to date at all times
· Liaise with the Kids Club Manager in planning / developing recreational activities for the children’s interest
· Follow the daily schedule of activities
· Monitor guest satisfaction and report all guest feedback

Your main qualifications/skills
· Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated professional eager to learn, develop and be part of a growing team
· Ability to cope under pressure and deliver excellent service results in a high-paced luxury environment
· Relevant experience in childcare, ideally within a hotel environment
· Fluency in English
· Good command of extra languages would be a plus (ideally between French, German or Russian)
· University Degree or College Diploma/ course in childcare would be a plus
