Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Responsibilities:
• Clearly describing, assigning, and delegating responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage outlets, such as Nama restaurant operation, dinner on the beach, suite private dining, bars operation.
• Monitoring employees to ensure performance expectations are met
• Assists in supervising daily shift operations
• Supervising Nama Hotel Restaurant daily operation
• Alongside with the Head Chef, create event-specific menus for occasions such as social occasions and other events.
• Being involved with all full-service Hotel day-to-day F&B operations, including associate management, guest interactions and labour costs.
• Being a natural in adapting to basic service rules and demonstrate willingness to assist others
• Communicating to Chef any issues regarding food quality and service levels
• Performing all duties of restaurant employees and related departments as necessary
• Interacting with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels
• Supervising staffing levels to ensure that guest service and operational needs are met
• Encouraging employees to provide excellent customer service within guidelines
• Handling guest’s issues and complaints
• Meeting and greeting guests
• Supervising on-going training initiatives
• Coaching employees regarding performance on an on-going basis

Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management
• At least 1-2 years similar previous experience
• Familiar with restaurant management software (POS)
• Organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Motivating, training and developing skills
• Customer oriented approach
• Hands on approach
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently,
• Competence in managing a team that maintains the highest of standards under pressure,
• Competence in employee training and development,
• High levels of energy & diligence,
• Able to keep an eye on the detail,
• Excellent command of English language. Additional knowledge of a second foreign language would be considered as an Wine and spirits knowledge
