                                                              Reservation Agent

Cove is a modern seafront boutique hotel consisting of 40 elegant rooms and suites and 5 family suites with private pools. It offers an all day beach bar and restaurant, spread out on 20 acres of land, on the small bay of Agioi Anargyroi, next to the center of Naoussa

• Respond to all incoming requests (e-mail, phone etc.) in a professional way..
• Assisting customers with any reservation issues effectively and professionally.
• Create and maintain reservation records within the Hotel’s PMS.
• Open and close rooms availability as and when required in all the channels and on the hotel website.
• Ensure communications among other departments, notably Front Office, Credit, Sales

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Reservations Department in a 5 star Hotel
• Degree in Hospitality / Tourism / Economics will be considered as an asset
• Excellent command of both Greek and English language (oral and written).
• Experienced in computer (proficiency knowledgeable of Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge of Hotel Computer Systems and previous experience Protel system
• Knowledge of OTA's extranets & channel management systems

• 12month employment (6 months in Athens - 6 months in Paros)
