ManpowerGroup Greece, on behalf of its client, a Greek company that provides banking services, is looking for an experienced
Executive Assistant. The mission of the Executive Assistant is to organize and maintain the CEO’s schedule and assist him/her by performing a variety of administrative tasks in a well-organized and timely manner.
The eligible candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Act as the point of contact among CEO, executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Interpret written and audio pieces from Greek to English language, making sure to maintain the original meaning, format and tone
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Organize and coordinate meetings/events
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
- Take minutes during meetings
- Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
- Organize and maintain the office filing system
