ICAP Recruitment Solutions, on behalf of its client, a leading multinational company, is seeking for a self-driven and high-caliber professional for the position of Junior Key Account Manager.

Junior Key Account Manager (Ref. code 4662/JKAM/RS/GR)


Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates, directs and carries out commercial activity on the products of responsibility within the framework of the agreed policy
  • Participates in the preparation of the annual budget
  • Provides sales forecasting and prepares annual visit planning
  • Proposes corrective proposals to optimize the results
  • Collaborates with Marketing to build and execute the promotional plan
  • Manages and develops productive long-term relationships with clients and point of sales
  • Monitors, discusses and consults clients’ P&L (track, provide corrective actions)
  • Suggests product range, commercial pricing and discount policy
  • Monitors and controls the progress of sales and financial results, fully responsible for achieving the relevant objectives
  • Coordinates vendors in the assigned network to ensure regular customer tracking and annual sales targets
  • Suggests agreements with clients and is responsible for the proper execution of the terms of all clients' agreements
  • Monitors the sufficiency of stock and coordinates the proper management and execution of orders
  • Draws information on the market, actions of competition and contributes with information about the financial status of the customers
  • Participates actively in the sales management processes and ensures in each case that the salespersons of the department are aligned with the company's general policy

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • University Degree in Management or any other relevant field
  • Proven experience 3-5 years in a relevant role preferably in the FMCG industry (experience in premium brands will be considered an asset)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Sales and goal oriented
  • Business and Financial acumen
