On behalf of a fast growing FMCG company based in Thessaloniki and operating throughout Greece and abroad, we are seeking an executive to fill the following position reporting to the Marketing Director:

Marketing Manager (Ref. 4960/MM/ESS/GR)


Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative solutions, and cooperate with peers and agencies to fulfil all market needs, ensure consistency and market relevancy
  • Build the brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
  • Prepare the communications strategy in cooperation with the Marketing Director
  • Plan and oversee all communications and media actions on all channels – through the Marketing team
  • Execute the brand strategy and oversee execution of the consumer experience at retail, including in-store environment.
  • Assist with product development, pricing and new product launches as well as develop new business opportunities
  • Create and manage promotional collateral to establish and maintain product branding
  • Manage the budget for advertising and promotional items
  • Review with the Marketing Director competitors’ and customers’ insights analysis
  • Work on and across brand strategy and cross-functional teams to support initiatives
  • Overview new store openings in cooperation with the trade marketing team

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements:
  • University degree in Marketing and/or Communication
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Experience: at least 5-year experience in Marketing, preferably with a strong knowledge of the retail environment
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Very good organizational skills
