Key Responsibilities:
• Work with customers to understand their needs and priorities
• Provide guidance to all customers of high dependence and / or high sensitivity to the catering services
• Develop and communicate convincing proposals to customers
• Develop solutions including a range of products and services according to customer requirements
• Establish and implement a systematic plan of action and actively collaborate with your manager and your colleagues
• Be the last point of contact for the customer in any product, service or issue
• Deeply understand the products and services of the Company, following the sale process model defined by the Company,
• Attend team meetings and contribute actively in them
• Comply with all procedures and information that the Company may determine
