As a Senior Site Architect in this role, your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • develop interior design details
  • design coordination of the various trades
  • prepare and manage the preparation of detailing, shop drawings and construction drawings for the finishing works of various areas (SPA, Restaurant, apartments, etc)
  • enhance information architecture team accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions; answering technical and procedural questions; mentoring team members
  • plan information architecture by studying the site concept, strategy, and target audience; envisioning architectural scheme, information structure and features, functionality.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

As a Senior Site Architect in this role, you must have the following requirements:
  • Bachelor of Architecture or equivalent degree in Architecture
  • Strong experience as an architect of 5 years at least and proven track record of at least one big scale 5* Hotel project from beginning till substantial completion
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be solution oriented and understands the construction business
  • Detailed knowledge of the construction process, budgeting, accounting and procurement in order to manage a construction project required
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to think critically
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
