IT Specialist

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an IT Specialist. This is a full-time, on-site role located in the North Region of Attiki. The role reports directly to the IT Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to users and manage the company’s IT infrastructure (e.g. Active Directory, networks, telecommunications, and user endpoints)
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software-related issues
• Install, configure, and maintain software applications based on user needs and specifications
• Monitor system and network performance, identify deficiencies or errors, and take corrective action
• Recommend enhancements to existing IT workflows to increase operational efficiency
• Identify areas for improvement and contribute to the design and implementation of more efficient IT processes

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPN, Firewalls, Routers, Switches)
• Experience with Windows operating systems and administrative tools (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP)
• Familiarity with virtualization environments (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
