Frontend Developer (Ref. 4837/FED/ESS/GR)
About the job opportunity
This is a technical role but frequent liaison with the product and design team is essential. You will be a part of their frontend team and use your experience to inform their engineering process when building new features and enhance existing ones. You will need to coordinate daily with their backend team, consume existing APIs and take an active role in shaping the API specs of new ones.
They are in the process of overhauling their frontend stack so you will also have an active say in steering towards new technologies.

What will I be doing?
- Participate in the design, development and testing of existing and new software applications.
- Translate the company and customer needs into state-of the-art, functional and beautiful interactive applications.
- Work in collaboration with their backend and artwork developers in order to translate the company’s and customers’ needs into state-of the-art, functional and beautiful interactive applications.
- Pay attention to agility and strive for small, frequent and incremental releases that continuously provide value.
- Write clean and maintainable code, utilizing our coding conventions.
- Identify, troubleshoot and debug defects in application code.
- Smartly select and pursue refactoring/restructuring opportunities to make their code easier to understand and maintain.
- Deliver the best quality code that you can to make their products and sites easier to use.
