Business Development Manager
Job Description
- Cooperate with local customers, develop sales through existing customers or with new customers, provide support for all partners
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Meet goals with business plan and company’s strategy
- Develop long term relations with customers by providing training, product presentations, logistic and technical support
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
- Address customer satisfaction issues promptly
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws in line with company’s rules
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
