WHO WE ARE
Our Company, a Villa Management and Travel Agent Company based in Athens, is looking for a Sales Manager, a job that involves sales management and promotion (online and offline), client service and interaction, strategic planning and managing.
Our mission is to provide our business and leisure guests with a superb accommodation experience by giving them first class guest service and genuine hospitality at every stage of their stay, maximizing the letting income for our hosts and landlords.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

YOUR ROLE
You will be a key member of a small, friendly and dedicated team that is committed to building our brand and portfolio for luxury short term rentals and luxury holiday packages. Your role as a sales manager is broad but the main responsibilities will include:

  • Development of the sales department, aiming at continuous customer growth, which will consist of Villas Owners and B2C or B2B customers.
  • Supervision, coordination and / or execution of the negotiation and renewal process 
  • Implement trade / credit policy, monitor compliance with customer agreements and resolve any issues and issues that may arise 
  • Guidance, goal setting and evaluation of existing teams to increase sales and market share, customer service maintenance and competition management

Our Ideal Candidate

  • At least 5 years of experience in the luxury and leisure hosting business, with a focus on sales and management
  • Excellent knowledge and extensive network of personal contacts in the luxury and entertainment industry, including. Travel agents and international networks.
  • Proven experience and knowledge in the organization and operation of a travel agency company
  • Very good knowledge of English
  • Ability of frequent travels
