YOUR ROLE
You will be a key member of a small, friendly and dedicated team that is committed to building our brand and portfolio for luxury short term rentals and luxury holiday packages. Your role as a sales manager is broad but the main responsibilities will include:
- Development of the sales department, aiming at continuous customer growth, which will consist of Villas Owners and B2C or B2B customers.
- Supervision, coordination and / or execution of the negotiation and renewal process
- Implement trade / credit policy, monitor compliance with customer agreements and resolve any issues and issues that may arise
- Guidance, goal setting and evaluation of existing teams to increase sales and market share, customer service maintenance and competition management
Our Ideal Candidate
- At least 5 years of experience in the luxury and leisure hosting business, with a focus on sales and management
- Excellent knowledge and extensive network of personal contacts in the luxury and entertainment industry, including. Travel agents and international networks.
- Proven experience and knowledge in the organization and operation of a travel agency company
- Very good knowledge of English
- Ability of frequent travels
