Sales Representative

We are looking for a young, professional and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate should have experience in Real Estate Business and Sales.

•  A high degree of commitment to the Company’s goals, guidelines, and strategy and an independent way of working
•  Provide guidance and assist buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Services existing portfolio and establishes new by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential buyers.
•  Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
•  Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
•  Maintain and update listings of available properties
•  Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Display and market real property to possible buyers

•  High school diploma or Bachelor Degree in Sales and Marketing preferred
•  At least 2 years of industry sales experience a plus
•  Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson
•  Proven track of successful sales record
•  Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
•  Pleasant and trustworthy
• MS Office familiarity
• To obtain an EU Driving License
