Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a polite and warm welcome to all guests, assist guests and visitors when requested and as assigned by the Front Office Manager
- Anticipate guests’ needs by learning their preferences, allergies, dislikes
- Serve meals and pour drinks for guests; run errands for guests when necessary
- Collect and deliver guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner
- Escort guests to room placing luggage in room; ensure excellent response to all requests; see guests off when they check out
- Communicate with assistant housekeeping manager to ensure rooms are cleaned at the most convenient time for guests
- Build full knowledge of Resort and hotel facilities, services and local area
- Maintain at all times a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene
