Our client a industry would like to hire permanently a Production Manager in Attica to ensure a safe and efficient manufacturing Process.
Responsibilities
Responsible to plan and manage Production Schedules for manufacturing quality products in a safe, efficient, timely manner.
Responsible to lead Production staff and train it to assure the needed competences for its activity.
Responsible to ensure that health and safety regulations and working procedures are met and that Personal Protection Equipment are properly used. Is responsible to ensure a safe, clean and tidy work environment.
Responsible to ensure the accurate implementation and daily application of Production Instruction, Corporate and Local Procedures and Guidelines.
Responsible to keep equipment in good condition assuring their efficiency and quality capability.
Personal skills:
Practical, oriented to objectives and to problem solving, strong leadership, ability in conflict mediation and management, autonomy in decision making, relationship oriented, management and development of employees, delegation capacity, stress management, time management / organization, safety and environmental sustainability sensible.
Competencies:
Technical studies, previous working experience in leading a manufacturing facility, fluent English.
