The responsibilities of the
HR Generalist include:
- support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- guide and advise leaders in corrective action, development plans, employee hirings etc.
- administer and advise leaders regarding legal and regulatory compliance
- recruit, support and develop talent through creating policies and managing procedures
- develop strategic HR plans and policies
- create and implement effective onboarding plans
- develop training and development programs
- develop performance management processes
- maintain updated knowledge of operational procedures and processes
- work with subject matter experts and corporate teams in designing training material. Develop criteria, measure and track training effectiveness, including examinations and simulated activities
- manage the learning management systems and assist with employee communications portal
- provide administrative support as assigned
- support all areas within talent development
- manage performance through annual performance review cycle, engagement survey, and succession planning initiatives
