You will be responsible for supporting the timely and accurately delivery of a highly demanding payroll process, as well as for the follow up of labor, insurance and tax issues. A 360 role covering payroll cycle on behalf of our clients.
• Act as the liaison of communication between clients, temporary employees and internal team members
• Ensure the seamless delivery of payroll services in terms of time deadlines and quality
• Dominate payroll tools / solutions / processes of the company through the following tasks :
• Preparation of documents, registration in the payroll system, submission to Ergani, keeping efficiently informed our clients
• Payroll collecting data, loading information into the payroll system, control
• Pricing check customer invoices and prepare analysis whenever required
• Handle customer requests with regards to the management of employee agreements, submission of records (data sheets, rights / balances of employee licenses, payroll information, etc.)
• Handle queries of the associates
• Undertake the entire cycle of process: updating and sending of contract renewals, updating / clarifying payroll issues, absence management etc.
• Contact with accountancy department on customer invoicing, quarterly commercial contracts, visits of occupational doctor and safety technician, etc.
