District Manager (Technology Sector) (Ref. code: S-722/ 75619)

     Job Description

·       Oversees management of Franchisees

·       Evaluates shop managers and sales representatives through training, coaching and certification process

·       Guides stores to achieve monthly targets and KPIS

·       Makes sure that all stores in a specific district meet projected revenues and sales estimates

·       Explains new policies

·       Creates action plans 

·       Defines channel capacity needs for mobile &fixed for acquisition, reviews channel performance to ensure the resources are fully utilized (channel management)

·       Assists in the analysis of financial information, monitors and evaluates shop and dealers ‘ results, provides the relevant feedback  and support for corrective actions

      Candidate Profile

·       University Degree/ TEI/ IEK, preferably in Business Administration/ Finance

·       Relative experience two (2) to three (3) years in technology sector

·       PC literacy

·       Fluency in English language (both written and verbal communication) 

·       Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

·       Hard worker, committed to timelines and accuracy of submissions
