Responsibilities
- Online support for user requests/reservations
- users send requests for housing, we need to provide them with fast, quality responses & information about our availability, pricing, home features, etc.
- At all times provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
- Maintain accounts according to company standards, input all information in on leads, stage, check lists.
- Respond to incoming customer’s inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, on platforms (such as spareroom. com, roomiapp. com, etc) and via email (Frontapp email client)
- Schedule and perform calls with customers, perform video interviews with customers
- Perform virtual tours of our homes to potential customers, match our solution
- Schedule tours and showings for sales team (in person showings, events)
- Maintain your tour schedule, calendar
- Prepare notes for your virtual showings
- Send follow-up emails after a tour, approving or rejecting a customer, moving him forward to the application stage
- Guide customers through application process, send links to applications, respond to questions
