Inside Sales Agent for American Real Estate Start-Up in Athens

Responsibilities

  • Online support for user requests/reservations
  • users send requests for housing, we need to provide them with fast, quality responses & information about our availability, pricing, home features, etc.
  • At all times provide the highest level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
  • Maintain accounts according to company standards, input all information in on leads, stage, check lists.
  • Respond to incoming customer’s inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, on platforms (such as spareroom. com, roomiapp. com, etc) and via email (Frontapp email client)
  • Schedule and perform calls with customers, perform video interviews with customers
  • Perform virtual tours of our homes to potential customers, match our solution
  • Schedule tours and showings for sales team (in person showings, events)
  • Maintain your tour schedule, calendar
  • Prepare notes for your virtual showings
  • Send follow-up emails after a tour, approving or rejecting a customer, moving him forward to the application stage
  • Guide customers through application process, send links to applications, respond to questions

  • In young companies it is very common that one team member "wears multiple hats" and is responsible for many aspects of operations.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

Requirements
  • fluent in speaking/writing in English
  • lived in UK or USA
  • disciplined, systematic
  • Entrepreneurial minded
  • accurate with documents
  • fluent with excel, power-point, Microsoft excel
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Customer service or customer relationship experience 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills 
  • ready to work long hours from (11 am - 8 pm. Eastern Standard Time, NYC)
