Job Description:
- To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our customers with the key aim of retaining and attracting customers.
- To lead the waiting staff whilst on their shift, and monitor waiting duties through to completion.
- Ensure staff works as a team while making sure guest needs are being met.
- To handle work-related problems and resolve them.
- Responsible for pool bar being opened and/or closed properly each day.
- Looking approachable and professional.
- Assist other staff and deliver food in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and sanitation procedures.
